This Privacy Policy explains how SerpScale ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and SEO platform (the "Service"). We are committed to handling your data responsibly and only for the purposes described here.
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, company and billing details — when you sign up or contact us. We also collect data you add to run SEO campaigns, including website URLs, keywords and connected accounts. When you use the Service we automatically collect usage and device data such as log files, IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service — to crawl your sites, track rankings, generate reports, process payments, provide support and send important account and product updates. We do not sell your personal data.
With your permission, SerpScale connects to services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Google Business Profile using OAuth. We only access the data needed to power your dashboards and reports, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account or from SerpScale.
