These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SerpScale website and SEO platform (the "Service") operated by SerpScale ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SerpScale. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful SEO, marketing and analytics purposes and not to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
SerpScale offers free trials and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the websites, keywords, reports and other content you add to SerpScale. You grant us the limited right to process this data to operate the Service — for example, to crawl your site, track rankings and generate reports. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use SerpScale to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, scrape data you are not authorised to access, or resell the Service without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
We work to keep SerpScale reliable but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Some third-party data (such as search-engine results) may vary in accuracy and timeliness. Support is available by email at hello@serpscale.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerpScale is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or rankings arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continuing to use SerpScale after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
